I am so indifferent to riders, I can’t even vote for them. I mean, I’m very cautious and respectful of them as a driver, but sweating the details on their own safety choices is like arguing about which brand of condom to use in a Haitian whorehouse. I don't care for any of them, and think that all of them are/look pretty ridiculous. . That being said, a stanced vehicle probably lends the highest probability to collateral damage on the road, so that's what I'm voting.

Stance and donk can be done well and safely. Ape hangers can be done well if they’re not too severe. Squid can never be done well or safely.

How do I vote all of them?

This is how I see it. Stance and Donks ruin cars. They’re both extremely unsafe. Donks are usually American boats, whereas Stance ruins performance cars (and takes the performance out of them). So in that case, Stance is worse.

Squids aren’t much of a problem where I live. The videos I’ve seen on the internet are pretty fucking scary, but they just don’t exist where I live. Apes do. There are lots of them. Their blub blub blub exhausts make kids cry all around town. They never really drive all that stupidly, though. Sometimes a bit quickly, but their biggest problem is noise and looking dumb. For that reason, I think Stance is the worst.

Donks are great - they exist solely for the lawls - and I honestly don’t know why they inspire such ire. I mean, I would never own one, and I have no desire to drive one, but I’m just glad they’re out there, making the world a less serious place to be.

As a cyclist, the ape thing never made sense, it seems to just ask you to be uncomfortable and have any leverage and control compromised.

But that’s the problem with all of these right? Functionality is hyper-compromised for looks.

I vote “ape” only because it’s the only one of these born out of mid-life crisis and societal bitterness.

For reference the others are born from stupidity, adolescent insecurity, bro-deo invincibility and an insatiable need to get noticed.

I was really torn between stance and squid, but ultimately I picked squid.

As someone who rides, the squid tarnishes the reputation of motorcyclists in the eyes of the general public and the law.

It bothers me when a great handling sports car is stanced since it ruins what the car is capable of and best at, but most stance guys acknowledge that its just for looks so I can accept that
